Norwegian Cruise Line is a cruise ship company that has its base in the unincorporated Miami Dade County in Florida. The cruise line was established in the year nineteen sixty six and was named Norwegian Caribbean Line. Norwegian Cruise Line has its sister company in America, the NCL America.

NCL is owned fifty fifty by Appollo Management and Star Cruises. The latter is based in Asia, and is owned in turn by Genting Group Malaysia. The cruise Line is in possession of a good eight per cent of the cruise market.

Norwegian Cruise Line is famous as the innovator of the Freestyle concept in cruising. The meals onboard have no fixed timings or seating arrangements and no dress code. The cruise line is famous for their brand of cruising.

The fleet at the Norwegian Cruise Line includes nine ships in total. These sail to over one hundred and forty ports all over the world. The cruise line is famous for a variety of reasons, and there is no dearth of quality.
